I'm Not A Career Consultant

I'm a shop owner who coaches shop owners.

I know what it feels like when the business grows, the team grows, the problems grow — and somehow everything still comes back to you.

I built Whitecloud Mechanical from the ground up. Along the way, I've hired, fired, priced wrong, fixed pricing, built teams, changed pay structures, dealt with cash flow, chased growth, rebuilt systems and learned some lessons the expensive way.

That's the experience I bring into coaching, training and speaking.

I don't teach business from a textbook. I live it.

Why It Matters

The business was supposed to create a better life.

Most owners didn't start a business because they wanted another job with longer hours and a worse boss.

They wanted control. Opportunity. Income. Something for their family. A team they could be proud of. Maybe even a little freedom.

But as the business grows, the owner often becomes the backup plan for every broken system.

Every difficult customer. Every employee problem. Every pricing decision. Every fire.

A business should serve the owner's life — not consume it.

That's the problem I'm interested in solving.

What I Believe

Business gets simpler when you deal with what's actually happening.

Most businesses don't need another motivational speech. They need somebody willing to look at what is actually happening.

Busy isn't the goal.

A packed schedule means very little if the business isn't producing profit and capacity.

Revenue can lie.

Bigger sales numbers can hide bad margins, weak production and expensive problems.

More work isn't always the answer.

Sometimes you already have enough opportunity. You're just not converting or producing it properly.

More people won't fix bad systems.

Hiring into broken workflow often gives you a bigger payroll and the same problem.

Accountability needs a standard.

You can't hold people accountable for expectations you've never made clear.

The owner cannot stay the system.

If every answer still has to come from you, the business isn't built yet.
